GRADES WE HANDLE
From Prime to Plant Sweep.
Not every buyer needs first-quality resin. Many processors run off-grade and recycled material to keep costs down.
Prime
First-quality resin that meets the manufacturer's full specification, sold in original, labeled packaging.
Off-Grade
Made by the manufacturer but slightly outside spec — often during grade changes — and sold at a discount.
Wide-Spec
Resin with properties outside the normal range, sold in bulk by railcar or gaylord for less demanding uses.
Purge
Clean resin with no set specification, often a mix of grades, for uses that do not need exact properties.
Repro
Regrind or scrap that has been melted, filtered, and turned back into clean, uniform pellets for reuse.
Regrind
Clean scrap from factories or used products, ground into flakes that can be melted and used again.
Lumps & Chunks
Solid pieces of resin from machine start-ups, changeovers, and spills, ready to grind or remelt.
Plant Sweep
Pellets swept up from plant floors and rail yards — mixed or lightly contaminated, and priced to match.
